What the Field Guide is
The Field Guide for Humans is a ten-day educational series about working with Claude — Anthropic’s AI assistant — produced for people who want to move past first impressions and use it well. It is not documentation and not a sales pitch. It is a teaching resource: each day takes one part of the picture, shows it in practice, and gives you something to try yourself.
How to use it
Work through the days in order. Watch the day’s video, read its guide, then take the seven-question check while the ideas are fresh. The Workbook Companion runs alongside the series with hands-on exercises — the videos give the map, the workbook gives the mileage. None of it is a test. The value is in the practice and in the trail you leave.
